I absolutely adore my therapist. I was lucky, it was a one-stop-shop for me. I filled out the questionnaire went in for a session and started making improvements in the way I analyzed things and handled certain events that would normally have me crack or lash out in anger. She gives me pdf documents which serve as 'homework' but they're more than that. They assist in reinforcing some of the lessons I learn after our sessions. She does in-person sessions as well as virtual sessions which are super helpful because I"m always on the move. I would HIGHLY recommend her.
